I am thrilled to announce that today we start a new phase of our company journey. Today, LiftIgniter joins Maven to continue our vision of providing the industry’s best website and app recommendations.
Maven is, in fact, a LiftIgniter customer, and for all of us on Team LiftIgniter, having one of our loyal customers step forward and express a strong desire to acquire the LiftIgniter is a great feeling of validation and accomplishment.
For those of you who don't know Maven, they provide a leading technology stack that includes digital publishing, monetization, and distribution, while also running this stack for their company operated sites-- including Sports Illustrated and TheStreet (Jim Cramer). All together, several hundred sites are part of the Maven network. With this acquisition, the LiftIgniter platform will have a broad platform from which to further accelerate our product roadmap to deliver the most relevant, most trusted digital recommendations.
Since our inception in 2014, we have worked tirelessly to provide the ultimate personalized customer journey and user experience through real-time content discovery. We are passionate about increasing engagement and revenue for our customers, while still respecting the end user’s privacy.
On a personal note, in the two years since coming onboard to lead the company, I have seen the team grow and mature in so many ways. We made it through some great times and some not so great times. Together we grew the product into something special and trusted by some of the most demanding publishers and brands worldwide. And most importantly, we did things the right way-- never compromising our ideals and goals. I could not be more proud of our Team!
And lastly, none of this would have been possible without the unwavering support of our customers, investors and partners. Thank you from all of us at Team LiftIgniter!
